We put the microwave and fridge in the dining room to give the kitchen more room.

The living space is smaller but the bedrooms are LARGE. We can provide furnishing if desired.
It has beautiful hardwood floors throughout except in the bathroom which is tile. Shower and tub in bathroom. The kitchen is smaller but we have used the space very efficiently and it has all appliances including a portable dishwasher.
Has A/C and heating, great light from windows beautiful views and best location in the coveted tree streets by the ninth creamery. Literally down the street from BYU..
